Description
Thermostatic valves are typically used for regulating the fluid flow to the radiators of central heating systems. They are provided with a regulating element which automatically controls the opening of the valve to keep the ambient temperature of the room where they are installed constant at the set value.
Turn the wheel handle until the mark corresponding to the required room temperature appears above the top of the shroud. The bottom mark (30°C) will appear when the wheel handle is turned fully anticlockwise (valve is fully open).
When the wheel handle is turned fully clockwise it will feel closed. In this position, it operates when the temperature falls below 5°C to provide frost protection.
With thermostatic head and lockshield.
