It arrived quickly with no issues and Plumleys kept me informed throughout the whole process, unlike other companies, particularly the larger ones. The shower panel was also cheaper at Plumleys than other stores, despite it being the same model and make.

Knowing absolutely. I thing about plumbing or installing such things, I rang up Plumleys to try and get some help. After talking to John on the phone I emailed him some photos of what I was trying to achieve and he responded very quickly with the part that I needed.
I headed down to the store and was received with a warm welcome and a shop full of staff who were happy to help. They got me the part I needed and took me through all the steps and details I would need to know to do the job.
I found the staff to be very welcoming jolly friendly and overall patient. The gentleman who took me through the installation process was very knowledgable and detailed in his approach to his explanation.
5* for a brilliant experience, customer service and without their help or knowledge I wouldn’t of been able to do the job, so thank you very much.
